The office is responsible for developing all documents (calculation notes, formwork, and reinforcement plans) required for the execution of works on construction sites, using digital models and professional structural design software.
He also provides technical support to all of the Company’s Services:

• Pre-dimensioning and variant studies for price studies
•  Specific equipment sizing for the Methods Department
•  Technical assistance for all trades in the design phase (Development Department) and/or in the operational phase (Works Department) in a general contracting context

As an ISO certified company, the safety of our staff is the company’s priority. Numerous prevention measures are implemented on our construction sites, as well as for well-being at work.
The active participation of all staff in the safety measures to be implemented is the key to the success of our construction sites.

The structural work consists of ensuring the stability and solidity of the building: earthworks, foundations, sanitation, basement, elevation walls, framework, roof, and exterior woodwork.

The second phase involves making your home habitable and suitable for conversion. Our teams will then handle thermal and sound insulation, interior cladding, interior partitions and joinery, staircases, plumbing, electrical work, ventilation, and air conditioning.
