He is a marine geophysicist with the Nigerian Institute for Oceanography and Marine Research (NIOMR) in Lagos. He holds a BSc in geology from Howard University, Washington DC., USA; MSc in geology with specialty in geophysics from George Washington University, Washington DC., USA, and a PhD in applied geophysics from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife.

Executive Vice-Chairman, and a significant shareholder of ENL Consortium Ltd, the entity that manages the operations of the Terminals C&D of the Lagos Port Complex, Apapa. She is also the Chairman, Sea Ports Terminal Operators’ Association of Nigeria (STOAN), an umbrella body that comprises key operators of the sea port terminals in Nigeria.

He has a Post-Graduate Degree in Commerce, with 25 years experience in Financial and Contract Management. He has managed and executed projects in many countries—meeting deliverables for clients inclusive of Government, Parastatals and the Private sector.
Mark Walsh
Executive Director (Port Operation)
He has been a major driving force in the success of the port operations. He has helped to grow ENL from a young company to a leader in the port operations business in Nigeria. Prior to joining ENL, he was Group General Manager of Aeromaritime Group of Companies which includes Brawal Shipping and Bacoliner.
